Cozy and good room, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, AWESOME food, amazingly nice staff. The location was great - near to bars and restaurants.

The location is convenient, surrounded by corporate offices and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were extremely courteous and eager to assist with any needs. The restaurant was clean and well-furnished, and the food was delicious, though the menu options were somewhat limited. The management, especially Vishal Kohli, was attentive and responsive. I had a great weekend stay and would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

Plus, the hotel staff is exceptional and goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. the hotel's top-notch cleanliness and the comfortable rooms make it an ideal choice for business visits. the nearby shopping street adds to the convenience of the guests.

Some aspects like limited channels on the TV, slightly smaller rooms and corridors, and some disturbance due to nearby pubs, require improvement.

Sadly, the front office staff left something to be desired in terms of their communication skills and etiquette.

The hotel had great furnishings and was very clean. It was located in an area with lots of restaurants and businesses, making it extremely convenient. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially the night staff and the manager, who accommodated us with a smile. The breakfast served was top-notch and really made our mornings.

The layout of the hotel was challenging to navigate which was confusing to find our room, and the WiFi connection was hard to obtain. It would have been better if the hotel had provided valet parking to guests, especially since they did not have their parking area.
